What is Business Yoga?
BeYoCo draws from the dynamic and alignment focused styles of yoga. The practice is designed as an intelligent flow between physical poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Each practice begins with a moment of stillness to make the transition from work to yoga, followed by a series of yoga postures, and ends with a short relaxation sequence.

Tailor-made one-on-one or group sessions appropriate for all levels, and hands-on modifications ensure a safe yet challenging practice for each participant.

Business Yoga can be practised before, during or after business hours. It is up to the client to schedule the most convenient time of day for a regular or a one-off session. Each practice takes a minimum of 30 minutes for a one-on-one session and a minimum of 45 minutes for a group session of up to 14 participants.
We also offer Business Yoga to bring focus to your team during an off/on-site conference or meeting.

Business Yoga is practised at our clients’ own premises for your convenience. Meeting spaces, conference rooms, auditoriums, open spaces, break-out areas as well as private offices are appropriate.
